Studytok, this one’s for you! A new map from Preply says social learning is America’s favorite study style, with visual learning close behind. Together, they make up 72% of preferences nationwide.
New York leans social, the West skews visual, and West Virginia stands alone with intrapersonal learning. But here’s the real tea: the study tracks search interest, not what actually improves memory. Research still points to active recall, spaced repetition, and the Feynman technique as the heavy hitters for better retention. So yes, know your vibe, but build a study routine that actually works.
