Which Foods Are the Most Addictive? (According to Science)

Believe it or not, certain foods can be so addictive that they’re level of addictiveness can even be compared to drugs. Using data from a recent study where the University of Michigan used the Yale Food Addiction Scale to categorize which foods out there were the most and least addictive, comes this infographic from the team at How Long To Cook about the most addictive and least addictive foods. According to the research, this infographic shows that the most addictive foods include pizza, chocolate, chips, cookies and ice cream, while it was determined that the least addictive foods were cucumbers, carrots, beans (without sauce), apples and brown rice.
