Thanks to this infographic from Madison Trust Company, we can find out which companies have the worst CEO-to-worker pay ratio.

They’ve highlighted the largest and smallest gaps in pay for some of America’s most successful companies.

The worst offender is Ross Stores, Inc. with an enormous 2,100:1 wage ratio. The CEO of Ross Stores, Inc makes about $18,094,944 to the average worker’s abysmal $8,618 per year. This chain of wholesale department stores operates across the U.S.

As for the best pay ratio, look no further than AirBnB. This unique company’s CEO uses a unique payment model, only accepting $1 salary from the company in 2023 but accepting several hundred thousand dollars of personal security on the company’s dime.
