Marijuana legalization grabbed a huge win recently. Not only Trump won the presidential election but eight out of nine voting states voted FOR marijuana legalization.
Montana, Florida, Arkansas and North Dakota are added to the list of states that have a medical marijuana program. Now a majority of states recognizes the healing abilities of the cannabis plant! The other four states, California, Nevada, Maine and Massachusetts already had a medical program and voted for adult recreational use of the herb. Hopefully this leads the way to nationwide legalization but until that time we will have to do with different laws per state.
