All the way to Honolulu, Hawaii which has the Ka Hale La’au house built in 1820 and housed missionaries for six decades. There are also earth dwellings like the West Oak Forest Earthlodge Site in Glenwood, Iowa that was just discovered in 2019 and is believed to have been built anywhere from 1250-1400. Or the Mesa Verde Cliff Palace that was built in 1190 by Puebloans, the indigenous people of the region. Find out what building is the oldest in your state.
