For elementary and middle school students in the United States, it was California with the highest average at 56 minutes per day. In the United States, the top twenty daily totals for high school students were all in excess of 80 minutes, at least, but only four exceeded 100 minutes, with those being Vermont (110 minutes), Maine (107.2 minutes), West Virginia (102 minutes) and Louisiana (102 minutes).
