Currently, the answer is WalMart. There’s no denying WalMart’s success as the company with the most revenue since 2002, with only two slips into the number two position.
Before WalMart, General Motors enjoyed many years at the top of the list, but that might be because the Fortune 500 list didn’t include service industries like department stores until 1995.
