Surveys show 87% of 18 to 29-year-olds, 70% of 30 to 59-year-olds, and 42% of 60 years and older felt stressed often or some of the time. It turns out that nearly 167 million Americans feel stressed often or at least some of the time. Most of all, stress takes a toll on the body. Furthermore, it turns out that there are sixteen very popular methods people use to relieve their stress. They range from something as simple as watching television to doing yoga. Not all of these methods work for everyone. Some methods work for one segment of the population while others work for another segment. But, hopefully, there is at least one stress relief method that works for anyone who needs relief.
